By accessing or using the Nirva Astro website ("Site"), creating an account, or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who can use Nirva Astro
The Site is intended for adults capable of forming a binding contract in their jurisdiction. If you are under 18, please use the Site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts and sign-in
You can create an account by verifying a phone number via one-time code, or by signing in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your phone number or Google account secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
4. Nature of our services
Nirva Astro offers Vedic astrology, numerology, Vastu, palmistry, and related spiritual guidance services, delivered by call, chat, WhatsApp, or written report. These services are intended for spiritual guidance, self-reflection, and personal insight. They are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological, or therapeutic advice, and no outcome, prediction, or remedy is guaranteed.
5. Bookings, pricing and payments
Prices shown on the Site are in the currency displayed and may change without prior notice. A booking is confirmed once payment (or the agreed payment arrangement) is received. Wallet balances shown on your profile reflect funds you have added for use toward future consultations. Please review consultation details before confirming a booking, as astrologer availability and timings may vary.
6. Cancellations and refunds
If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked consultation, contact us as early as possible using the details below or on our Contact page, and we will do our best to accommodate a new time. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, interfering with its normal operation, or submitting false, abusive, or unlawful content through our enquiry forms or booking flows.
8. Content and intellectual property
All text, graphics, logos, and other content on the Site belong to Nirva Astro or its licensors, unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
9. Third-party links and services
The Site may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp, phone dialers, or payment providers. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service you choose to use.
